It's a ZVH with a Superchip and a piggyback ecu.

Sounds a bit conflicting.

my mk2 fiesta turbo ran perfect one day then the overfuelled like fuck the next, didnt touch just did it, could be the chip itself, injectors leaking, feul pressure reg not opening, map senor fault, take your pick mate

sounds like an injector problem, have you run low on fuel or used bad fuel that might have damaged an injector?

could be the chip has worked its way loose from the back of the ecu, if its worked its way loose thgen the standard ecu program is return which includes the boost limiter so once it hit 9 or so psi then the cut out occures, this might not be the problem but defo worth checking.

Hope this helps mate

The one that goes into the base of the ECU in the passenger footwell. Teh contacts are famous for getting mucky and giving a poor contact. Remove teh chip and clean the connections on both it and the ECU witha non abrasive cleaner.

On my FRST I made a couple of cardboard shims to go between the chip and the ECU to hold it all nicely and used elephant tape to hold the chip in place. Worked a treat for quite some time.

one in bottom of the ecu mate, disconect the battery, remove the chip and then make sure connections are corrosion and dust free thenrefit chip and reconect battery, other thing to try would be plug the pipe that goes inlet to fpr, if problem goes then the fuel pressure is too high and needs seting up propperly

Had a unichip On a mk6 escort I had, was fine for a few months then started cutting out when it got warm and wouldnt start, took ages to find out it was the chip richening fuel mixture up and fouling plugs
