Much as I would love to see it, it just isn't going to happen any time soon.

It's always been 1973. It has never been rolling, and doubtful it ever will.

 

It was until 1997 when Labour came to power. This was one of the first things they changed, even though most would have said the country had bigger priorities.

They obviously knew, even then, that they would leave the country so impoverished that people would HAVE to be driving 25 year old cars and they would need our money!!!

 

It was rolling, right up until 1972!

 

If all these epetitions for free road tax on 25-30 year old cars was put together there would probably be 100,000 signatures now , there must be about 20 of these petitions going
