Supra 0-200mph 18secs on low boost

Astounding it has a thread over on Pistonheads. Watch that Speedo move after 100mph truely awesome. Its just made 1000bhp on low boost should make 1200bhp. WOW!! thats all i can say.
If you pause it he actually reaches 199mph

thats jamie p via gps looks to actually be 0 - 190 mph in 17 seconds, 5.2 seconds faster than the supersport veyron, this car is the reason i bought mine

Wow!!! Amazing sound to the engine. Out of curiosity, as it is clearly pulling strong as an ox, with more gears and enough land when would it hit a 'brick wall'? 300mph???

depends, are you talking on the salt flats or on a road like the VW test one?

for reference jun supra at 1000bhp did 249mph at bonnieville(salt flats)

theres a 1300 rwhp supra that did iirc 224 mph in the texas mile

i cant find the link though on mkivowners.

the top supras out there make mine look like a prius in comparison

Supra has to have one of the all time great engines, bombproof & sounds fucking gorgeous when it's being revved.... Still fancy a big power one someday, what sort of cost are you talking to get that sort of power out of one?

Sadly not, they filmed it from a RS turbo that was so fast it was long gone before the Supra even got out of 1st gear.

I heard the owner of the Supra then did a burnout on top of the SD card with said footage to destroy any chance of people finding out.
