well as the title how did you learn to strip and build a car family, friends or did you just do what im doin just go ahead and do it?

What is it your stripping? ie car and what part of the car.

Just went ahead and did it. Asked (and still ask) as many questions as possible to those in the know! And learn from mistakes Still a lot to learn... lol

escort rs cabby, the whole thing, done well soo far find a bolt and take it off, just wiring loom putting it back together but ask questions and haynes manual will help

I just went ahead and did it, i wish i had asked and got help at the time coz the car never see the road again lol When i rebuilt my old golf i used internet and friends asked as many questions as i needed to and made sure i done it properly

Got stuck in and bought a haynes manual.

Luckily though i was learning on 80's fords, and not 00's . they're alot simpler! lol. As said above too, asking questions helps lots.

Self taught, started helping my dad when i was 10 and never looked back. Just get stuck in, use common sense and always ask if your not sure

I started tinkering by taking the cooker door off when I was about 5!!, that got me into anything that come apart, but was working after school and w/e in the army camp servicing squaddies cars, even doing some work on bedford Tk's, land rovers etc etc, was very lucky, and helped me dad in the reme workshops doing cars.

im self taught m8, as said i ask questions when needed, ive had motorbikes since i was knee high to a grasshopper and used to repair them myself so sorta stemmed from there

Started messing on car's about 12-13 with my dad was on cortina's/escorts/cv2's
then built my own mini at the age of 17

You've gotta get as much info on the task that you've got to do then get on and have a go
