Default Focus service

Help,

Wife has just put my 04 ST170 into Ford for its first / 1 yr service and been told that it will cost £190

Seems quite alot to pay for a service that they dont even change the plugs in.

Is this right or are they taking the mick out of her.

I cant do much except phone them as im stuck in the middle of the North Sea. Just want to know before i call them up and say my peice.

cheers,
Paul.
