NO, just causing the turbo to slow down as the back pressure that drives it has dropped. MS uses MAP sensing and so will always fuel to the manifold pressure, regarless of a boost leak or how you have raised/lowered the boost.

i thought that ms would`ve picked it up. so really if i set the base on the actuator to open around 15psi then use the bleed valve to hike up to 20psi with ms mapped properly at these pressures and rev ranges there shouldn`t be a problem??
then there`s the matter of the boost leak, is it such a bad thing as the wideband and map are keeping tabs on it? starting to seem like an easier option to just keep it set at 20 psi and done with it. lol
