Zetec oil pump failures - some actual definative FACTS please...

I should probably mention this, even though its a little late, last year around april time, my ford racing oil pump, and c-f-m billet gears were removed and checked at Sitech racing,
Simon was not happy to reuse the pump and stated that measuring with a feeler gauge had shown some wear, on the gears and the pump housing, wish i remembered the numbers but it was over a year ago now. but anyway my spare set of billet gears were put into a new ford oil pump housing
so my rev limit has been pegged back to 7500, and im looking for a solution really, i want to rev back to 8k+ as the car just doesnt feel the same without it.
Lacey, how did you get on with your full dry sump system? My freind Jack is using your wet sump solution at the moment, but im interested to see if any pics are available,
