Default Sump plug..

The bright spark who owned my car before me managed to round the cunting thing off!!!
Going to have to weld a bar to it to get it off!

Where's the best place to get a replacement Plug + seal?

Thanks
Ben.

mushroom the end with a big hammer then just chap on a single hex socket
should come off ok, most motor factors will stock old ford 1's,
good thing is the old fords all had the same sump plug fitted so be easy to get 1 quite cheap(couple quid)

Just whack it off with a chisel on the edge, make a indent then whack it round a little and it will soon come loose, never failed me yet.
