Aside from the Ford unique plastic shroud on the connector the switch itself is same as any 2 prong VW or Opel or Saab switch. Nice thing about those ordinary Bosch ones is the on/off temps are stamped in one of the flats of the hex and there is a huge--maybe 10-13 ---choice of on/off temps...

Try www.vehiclewiringproducts.co.uk they do most connectors, Iv'e just had a quick scout and they don't seem to do one.

Holy shit!
That's reason enough to look at the VW ones and chop off the Ford plug and crimp on 2 flat spade terminals!
VW ones here are maybe $10.

Look on auto marine for them, sure they do them, there are two sorts as they are handed off sets to the left or the right.

Surely someone who uses this site must know where to buy after market plugs, you see people using them on new looms for sale on ebay etc, cant understand why its such a big secret with things like this.

your best bet is cut a good one off at a scrappy, use a terminal tool to split it down then size up the terminals and order new ones from polevault/VWP etc then build it up with new terminals so it actually lasts a while. You dont really want to be bodging your exposed to the elements fan loom to more soldering and joints than necessary as its just more places for water to work in and the loom to corrode and fail.

or you could just bodge it for now and be forced to buy a new ryan fan loom or similar in a few years

lol i was going to say, gold plated contacts on a fan loom might be overkill!!

steve is that with using standard thin wall cable or aviation/mil spec 55 wire??

also what protective wire sheild you using?

I priced mine up but i want to use kevlar wire braid to protect it but the amounts i need add about £70 to the cost compared to normal high temp braids.

Neither polevolt nor VWP do those terminals. I haven't found anywhere that does them.
