your best bet is cut a good one off at a scrappy, use a terminal tool to split it down then size up the terminals and order new ones from polevault/VWP etc then build it up with new terminals so it actually lasts a while. You dont really want to be bodging your exposed to the elements fan loom to more soldering and joints than necessary as its just more places for water to work in and the loom to corrode and fail.

or you could just bodge it for now and be forced to buy a new ryan fan loom or similar in a few years
