Default people running a cam trigger on a yb

does anyone have a pic with the location and measurements on it please regards drilling the rocker cover in the correct place ??


just going to re paint my rocker this week and need to get this drilled out before hand


, already got the mount , just need to know exactly where to put it ,

its in the wrc build manual,,, if noone comes up with a result ill hunt my manual down tomorrow

Any way beef, isn't this jumping the gun a bit, your car is miles away from needing this sort of thing, don't get bogged down with stuff you don't need yet,projects don't get finished or take yearswhen there not done in order..
mine was a 2 year project, 9 years it took!

if ive worded this correctly:

your Dizzy runs of the bottom end, which only revolves once to the camshafts twice, so taking your timing from the cams can give you a much more precise point for ignition.

thats if ive taken that on board correctly when it was explained to me

Cam sensor is much more accessible too if it goes wrong .

hi ,dissy runs same as cams half engine speed ,reason for doing it ,is you get rid of diissy cap and rotor arm which can give trouble ,cam sensor still uses twin trigger arrangement for l6 l8 and p8 ecu and you can run single trigger with t6 or other aftermarket ecus ,plus pick up is better quaility than standard cossy one
