Default Mk3 Fiesta wheel max size ?

I'm looking to geting a Mk3 Fiesta rolling to move it.
Anyone know the max size of wheel/tyre and et i could bolt on to move the car on and off a trailer ???

Any help appreciated

16s but if its just to move onto a trailer 17s could go on but might scrub a bit

Is the car lowered at all? I'd guess you could slap on a set of 17" if the car is riding on standard height springs and you're not doing much steering... if you're planning to roll it around and manouvre it into and out of a tight space then I'd probably stick to a 16" wheel cause it won't reduce your lock-to-lock turning ability.

I was hoping that my st24 wheels 205/50 16 would fit, not sure of the et of them though.

they might fit i had a set of wheels off a mondeo and im sure they went on but i could be wrong

If the car is just rolling around then they should be ok... might scrub a wee bit, but who cars if its just so the car can be shifted around. If you're planning to drive it around the place then you might want something with a thinner/lower profile tyre mate.

I remember Jason Ripps Fiesta Turbo had 18s but you would need the arches rolled.

He eventually changed back to 17s before selling the motor on.
