what a funny thread
it would be kind of boring if all that was ever in passionford was fords tbh. I come here to see the variety.
20k posts should be a big enough hint that Porkie has been around a whle.
In terms of rich boys check out this thread

You wont be dissapointed! They are awesome cars!
I had its grandfather up until recently (a C32 AMG) - was a lot of fun, but I had to replace it with a somewhat more sensible diesel E instead.
I could soooo be tempted by one of the C63s - they are a true do-all car.
And that sound....

Never drove a M5 mate so all new to me
They do look mean and very practical.. I have to pick my old lady from the airport on Friday so the suit case will fit in the back nicely

Cool, and nice colour choice!
Good choice. totally different kind of car to the porsche in my opinion. The best thing about the MB is the toys that you get! So when you are not hooning around, you can enjoy the luxury and gadgets!!!!

I think the generation of porsche that I have (the 996) is sizeably less comfy than the C63. The AMGs have always been good at getting the ride right, particularly when compared to the BMW equivalent.
Did I mention the sound? I cant remember!

You will be relieved to note that Autocar concluded that it wasnt worth the extra money over the standard C63!

Yer, but I have never really put mine to the test other than a couple of times on a non-flat road (where the times were rather more flattering than they should have been!)
I only clarified as I havent verified absolutely what mine could do in the spirit of evenness!

guys everybodys got there own opinion.but i think cossies are bad for wat they are.u see a porka on the road you they all look the same but a cossie every one is diffrent to another. the wheels engine spec the colour etc.and there more affordable.ive been up against a lambo at 340 bhp and lbf 1 next to it 2 nd next to it 3rd undertook it and 4rth had a 3 car gap all the way to 120.but then where can u do more then 120 on the road any way lol.and i would never swap my cossie for any thing.childhood dream i guess.and yh should have lined up against him from stand still cuz the porka is comin alive at 70 m8.and rod i used to admire ur car when i was a teenager your car looked a lot better when it was 400 brake with the rondels iv still got a poster of yours parked in the sunset.

Ah!! The Rondells i loved them. Could not get them with a wide enough rim im afraid so the need for speed came before looks. It was actually 500bhp at the time of that photo. .
