Default how much to arrange someone to pick up a car low loader?

might need a car picking up with a damaged engine was wondering how much someone would charge to pick it up for me its a 500 mile round trip, anyone know?

Why not join the RAC and use the home recovery option?

As said post up rough locations, maybe some pf'r with a trailer going that way could earn themselves a bit extra, help you both out ?

Im in huddersfield west yorkshire and the car is in bristol Im only looking for a price at the moment as Im negotiating with the seller if it works out will be looking at next week pickup

Well as a guide most reputable firms charge £1 per mile one way which is by my reckoning about £250 in your case.I'd want about £200 for the job myself.

Yeah,will probably be a bit cheaper with him as he's selling the car too and it's just home and back then.it would be 80 miles for me just to get the car although that's not your problem!!!
