Unreliable and awfull on fuel wouldn't touch one!

Decent motors - share the same basic platform as an L200 (apart from the back axle setup which is coils on the shogun) and shares the same problems as an L200 - engines going pop on 2003 models (bad batch of heads).

Crap on fuel mind...............

Roosie had one, we went to essex to pick up some bits, and I swear we weren't getting 10MPG, think his had something wrong with it possibly ?, it was a diesel also.

10mpg? Be fucked then - They do on average about 25 to 32mpg depending how you drive


53 plate you say? Check EGR cooler, head, coolant and all vacuum lines for signs of failure then if it's the 2.5 litre 4D56 engine you're getting with it!

if its a dealer saying its having a last minute check over that really means last minute few repairs to get it ready, go all over everything as you can get em to sort any other niggles b4 you part with ya cash
