one of these has caught my eye, its for sale locally and im thinking of going to have a look at the weekend.

has anyone had any experience with this model/engine? is there anything i should look out for??

Believe it's the vr6 engine isn't it?great cars,very few problems but not 100% sure of that exact model.had a coupe and regret selling it to this day,2.3 5 pot,sounded awesome,really don't know why I got shot of it,it was lovely!!!Only trouble I had was a radiator,it had two due to the longitudinal layout,alternator and a coil.

check the electrics alarm indicators c/locking and the front bushes i.e anti roll bar bushes etc shocks grab the front shocks and pull them in and out see if there is any play i have a 80 coupe and they are prone to play in the shocks but apart from that pretty safe car mines done 173000 miles and still going strong
