Im looking at buying a Fiesta Supersport (if i can find one haha) Do you think im just better off making a replica??

There used to be on a blokes garage you the road from me.It has been in ther for nearly 10 years now.Such a same just to let it just sit there.

when u go to fiesta in the park etc every other mk1 is an xr2 or supersport. there must be one for sale somewhere.

I've got an original one in my workshop with the plate BUY 18W which apparently was one of the original ones ever produced in White,with the four spoke supersport wheels with like a pinky red insert which apparently is correct.the car is pretty solid underneath and it's had a new front end put on,although not particularly well.needs a full repaint to use but it's crying out for a nice resto job and then something like an rs2000 motor on carbs under the bonnet!!!I could ask the owner if you want as it's not mine to sell?

you think that'll be easier to find?
if you can find a clean xr2 then it should stay an xr2

i have a resto project if you fancy
silver mk1 xr2 loads of panels to go with etc etc

An xr2 isnt asy to find by any means but far easier than a supersport!

Give me more about the xr2! Pics if possible
