Default Dutch Fiesta mk2 supersport rs turbo CAR SOLD 26-4-2010

Hi mate's

I would make an own topic about my fiesta. But my english is rubbisch so i do it with mutch pics. I'm running the car as rs turbo now for a year.

I bought this car in 2007 as a normal 1.4S. Wen i going home the cambelt went it. And there ar 2 valves awry. So i revis it.

A couple of months further i give the car an xr2 look

Then I lowerd him

This car is for the winter months so my rs2k can be stay inside the garage. (now ex rs2k)

When the summer started the rs2k came out of the garage and it broke up with my girl friend i want to do something for my.
I bought a rst engine

Take everything of and make it new

So it look mutch better

Engine is ready, so the car went in the garage. And i started to fix them for the rst engine.

Verry dirty

After good cleaning

Fix the rst radiator, intercooler and fan

Make the place for the downpipe

And the engine can go in

Fit all hoses and the wiring

A new tank with swirl pot. And a sierra cos fuelpump

Make the engine bay compleet with all the things

And not but least rst recaro's

So the care was running verry good. And the brakes were rubbisch so fitted sierra cos 4x4 calipers and rs2k disks
before

after

so my 13'' dont fit anymore. and i must go 15''. Also i fitted koni's and new springs.

Fitted an sfs hose and nomad racing dumpvalve (not at pic)

And this is howe the car looks for now.

Hope you like it.
Soon i would make an topic about my sierra cosworth 4x4. Here is a brand new engine in for now. Do a 150km's.
The wite 3 drs is from my brother.

Thanks for reading!

Cheers

The wiring was for me difficult. But when you are good in wires i don't see any problem.
But you need the model from the engine wiring.
I stated also with an compleet rst wiring.

Cheers

hi thanks for the reply,

i have a complete S2 wiring loom and so far i have picked out the ENGINE MANAGEMENT wiring .
im new to trying this so im working from Haynes Manuals and general info but it seems to ( mostly) make sense.

One question, is the brown relay in one of your pictures ( next to the pink fuel relay) the Over Voltage Protection relay?

Also , stupid question but where is the knock sensor on the engine?

If anyone could help that'd be great. thanks and good luck with the car ! good inspiration

cheers for the heads up! found it on the motorsport-deveoplments website aswell,. seems like the early ones didnt bother with the knock sensor and its crap anyway so might just leave that one alone. lol

The Fiesta is sold 2 weeks ago. It's go to another ford men. He have a xr3i mk4 en rs1600i. So the car is on a good adress. But i mis the fun car allready.
But i need a normal daily car.

So me new car is a focus 1.8 16v collection from 2002. With many options.
But put coilovers under the car. Now loking for 17'' wheels. ST or duval ones.
The cossie is still here for the weekend.

Cheers and thanks for folowing my topic about the fiesta.
