this problems is sorted i now have another. go to post 7

i have a problem with the n/s headlight on my saph cos.
the o/s works fine on dip and high beam.
the n/s works ok on dip beam
but as soon as i put it onto high beam the light goes out leaving just the side light bulb.
all fuses are fine
i've done a bit of testing and noticed going from dip to high beam they use different lives. when switching to high beam it switches lives and so the dip beam live goes dead even on the o/s which works fine.

so what i need to know does the power go to the o/s then to n/s headlight in the same loop?
if thats the case i have a broken wire between the 2 lights (easy fix)

or have they got seperate feeds altogether?

 

I was told a long time back dont hold me to it . that saff have 1 wire that feads the 2 lights and a 3dr has 2 wires as i had the same problem on my 3dr and i put a wire between the lights and it worked and to this day it still is the only thing it dose on my 3dr is it brings a faint light up in the bulb worner desplay i can live with that

Justin this might be no help lol, but mine was doing this, I had the leads off the battery for some reason and had not put one back on and caused the lights to do this.

anyone know what would cause my heaters inside the car not to work?
all fuses are ok and the fans for the heater's are'nt working.

 

anyone know what i can check to get my heaters working?
