Default Ebay - getting money back from non buyers + % taken

Guys i'm getting really fed up with ebay.
About a month ago, I sold 3 items which buyers did'nt pay for, one promptly told me after the auction, he did'nt want the item and had another, but bid and won the auction anyway I by ebay rules had to wait a week after the auction before I could do anything.
So I filled for three non payers and ebay have done bugger all, I still have not seen my money back, for listing and final value.
Its all in the buyers favour, I as a seller can't leave them negative feedback for fucking me around!!!!!!!!! yet he has the option to leave me???
And the amount they are taking is rediculous, insetion fee, plus they are taking 10% of what i sell the item for. So if i put a few pics, have a starting bid of £50 and sell for £100 they take about £15

Anybody got any advice on how to actually get my money back, as the ebay system of contacting them by email is totally crap, I think i'll phone them, but on a premuim line of yet more profit to them.

Rant over

Happy days, I'll go give them some of this without them making money from it.

Thank you

Ebay are a monopoly so good luck trying to get your money back

While there is no competition then they will just rip you off more and more and more.

2nd chance offers don't seem to be that great and ebay wont actually let you email the next highest bidder to talk to them, only allow you to relist.
I would email the next bidder off a mates account to work something out, out-with ebay.
