Default bought this shiny exhaust, for £11!! lol

well, i've been toying with the idea of putting a nice bike can on my mk2 escort, its already got bike carbs on so i thought they'd compliment each other nicley, anyway, popped a bid on this earlier n realised i'd won it, for £11, think it'll look well polished up. i know its not everyones cup of tea, but hey ho, lol.

it turned up yesterday, so i had to measure it up and see if it was actually big enough, (i had a vision it wasn't goin to be, lol) and guess what?? its actually bigger than my exhaust system, as the pics show, its a 60mm inlet and 50mm outlet, so i should have no worries with matching up my 50mm system to this, yippee!!!

and its straight through

its funny the amount of people who say it wont work cause a bike end can will strangle a cars engine, ha, its bigger than my old car one, lol, im looking forward to hearing it now.

So are you going to put a bike engine in to match the exhaust and carbs?

Personally i think that exhaust looks like something you'd see on a plastic fantasic corsa...

well the system im putting it on is still gonna have a mid box, so it shouldnt be too loud, i used to have a single box system that shook the front room windows which was bloody awful, but, if it does sound shit, i'll just flog it, or buy a bike to bolt on to it, hahaha
