how do u calm down?
Just had a massive barney with someone at work and need 2 chill so what is the best way?

 

I dont really tend to get uncalm in the first place very often, anger is a relatively redundant emotion these days so its one I tend to avoid generally.
Just try and look objectively at how you feel and wether its doing you any good.

Breathing the right way makes a big difference though.

in my job, about 30% of the time it's a case of life or death, so when i get a call to ask if something is still there after it's been discovered its missing, and i explain that it's not there, i don't then expect my name to be plastered all over the companies email saying that i knew where it was all along

and when i called up that department and they say that me telling them what's happening is the first they've heard about it, then i can't even vent my frustration on them

and after all that, i said i wouldn't post about the idiots who i work with
