Focus III eco boost 2.0.
Anyone know's if there is coming a ST/RS version to the new focus III.
Because they will change the Volve T5 engine with a new eco boost 2.0l Turbo direct injection one.

For what i heard is't goin to be nice powerplant with +-230 HP.
They have a 1.6l Turbo ecoboost 178HP to.

.supposed to be a smaller powerplant than the 1.6 coming to the uk aswell for some of our smaller 'city' cars like the fiesta and more so the KA.

yeah I read that too- very similar power and torque to the current 3litre v6 but with a much better power and torque spread and 15/20% improved economy along with it weighing less- slot one in a focus and you have a nice and reponsive fairly quick motor with decent mpg .

isnt the smaller one the one borrowed from fiat the 1.4 turbo or something
