I have for sale a red 1975 1.3 dl hillman avenger 4 door. It has 2 previous owners and has only done 58k from new. It has been garaged and is very solid and never been welded. This car drives exceptionally well. MOT'D till august and taxed till end of jan. Not sure what its worth so will probably put it on ebay thursday evening.

forgot to put could do with a drivers front wing and the drivers door needs painting as its shit. car is so solid if only it was an early escort

Bloody hell 
,I havnt seen one of these for "yonks".I remember my mum having a few of these as company cars lol.It suprised me how solid that is seeing as they are usually as rotten as a pear.The last one I saw was one my mate had it was a tiger with stripes on it and a two litre fiat twin cam fitted on carbs,it was pretty cool .
Good luck with the sale.

My first car was an Avenger, JMO 477K.
Mine was a 1300 super, metalic gold with green vinyl seats...
no idea on value though, sorry..

Not seen one of these for years especailly in this condition
I used to have 1 before i had a licence used to drive it round me dads field had a 2L pinto in it and a welded diff.

if you wanted to do somthin naughty drop a lotus 2.2 16 valver in him with the getrag dog leg 5 speeder out of a sunbeam,paint the n/s wing and door and stripe it up with a big silver stripe.
or stick the holbay motor in him and watch it go,when i was first getting into rallying at school thats what the quick ones had done or for fast road a pinto.
its worth more than 300 sheets Dan.

declined Ł500 tonight. going to put it on ebay tommorow Ł600 start no reserve if it sells it sells if it doesn't i'l have to pinto it and abuse it lol
