I'll try and give you all abit of encouregment.

My missus gave up 2 month ago,she decided enough was enough,so she used the patches and inhilator,(buy 40 for £20 at asda chemist,it's cheaper than presciption)

Now she feels better, smells better, feels fitter and saves money.

Keep thinking positive people, you can do it.

well I never stuck to itbut
yesterday morning had terrible chest pains but this time was wosre than before and breathing was shit to so went to the hospital about half ten yesterday morning, I had 2 ECG's both cam,e back with slight abnormality but nothing to worry about according to the dr... blood pressure was 151/80, he said thats ok but i dont know. then had blood taken and some chest xrays. the final diagnosis is unknown but i have been referred to a rspiratuory clinic and to also see a muscle specialist as they said i have issues with the muscles in my chest surrounding lungs etc ( basically i have let myself go and am falling to bits at 24 lol) but now I am adamant I am never sticking another cigarette to my mouth, i am cutting down on energy drinks and am gonna start going to the gym. that lil scare was enough to make me realise this has to be done.

oh I have not smoked for 24 hrs now either which for me that is a massive achievement

Seriously, you give up for a bit and you dont notice it.

But as soon as you go back to em... you REALLY notice it.

My coughing has stopped

well thats coming upto 48 hours..... to be honest if i never had that horrible hospital scare on tuesday i dont think i would have found it this easy but i know full well if i dont quit my health is going to get worse and its bad enough at the moment, i get out of breath very easily, yet i am not a fat guy just a tall one. I do have issues in my chest as the dr confirmed so thats me pleased to have stopped

now so far savings are

in 24 hour periods i get through 50-60 cigarettes which at say £5.50 per pack is £16.50 per day so am £33 better off in two days, and seeing that in print makes me realise what an idiot i have been for the last few years. feel alot better in myself to
