graeme am struggling splitting my box its gone by an inch then stops all the c clips are out at bell housing have i mist some think some were

excellent glad to hear you got it off,what are doing with the input shaft? are you going to run a brass bush as a spigot bearing.
the skyline input is 16mm in diameter,the ford spigot bearing is 15mm,so to run a standard ford bearing you would need to strip the entire gearset to get the shaft ground down.i think the brass bush is easier but they dont last as long.

definitely a worthwile conversion this, my old r32 was pushing near 600 hp on a tired old box and that never gave up even doing back to back low 3 sec 0 - 60 runs.

is mark doing the measuring and welding as need to get mine done still looking at what clutch to use was thinking of using the gtr clutch plate and cosworth cover

mark is going to keep one or two on the shelf which will make it better am using ap cover and stage two plate which is a paddle

thats good news then got any tips on take the gtr box apart been looking on the net for a manual book for the gearbox cant find anything

really easy few c clips at front and take the twobolts out of the drives side it holds wires and thats it front comes off
