Introductions from M-Tech
Funny you should say about DOS...
When we first ordered our rollers they come from Autrialia, taking 12 weeks by sea. To thate nd DD lent us an older DOS based Dyno for that time period.
It was a bit ;clunky' with no pretty graphics etc, but it did work.
The new windows based one is interesting.. If you dont compleley enter all the fields when sstarting a new mapping (customer details name, address etc etc) it crashes back to windows (sometimes) runtime error...!
Other than that its brillian,t much easier to use with the added benefit of mouse drivers, and decent resolution and graph creation etc... I asked them for the SDK do I could write my own front end for the software (was going to tie it into the ECU front end and combine everything) but that went nowhere

Well you should have started with an open source dyno then mate, but the problem with that is they just arent as good as the DD one!
Personally if I had the spare cash I would love a set of DD's to play with, and the same goes for a dyno dynamics rolling road.

As for the stuff I have written for my own use , I seem to remember you actually praised the technical merrits of it at one point... LOL
It actually worked the way you suggested above and does the graph method mentioned by Matt.
Not bad for an old DOS program...PMSL
(business issues aside..LOL)

Simon, the prod icon was to hint I was just joking for a reaction.
Yours was ok for DOS stuff, although missed the ghost cell moving between the cells the way the autronic does obvioulsy.

Dave,
We tend to stay more in the electronics + mapping areana althouigh we have carried out nurmours engine conversions etc.
I'm happy to map Omex, but as others may of seen Emerald etc, I just CANNOT get the hang of the little target thingy, so tend to turn those away.
Although, I prefer mapping my own :P
