Default Dodgy User List??

Ok, there seems to be more and more threads being put up where members have been ripped off by other members of the site... would it not be useful to put up a list of known con-artists, in alphabetical order, so that you can double check that they're not known to be dodgy before parting with your hard earned wonga??

The list could be stickied at the top of General and For Sale sections and maintained by Moderators...

Apologies if this is already an active part of the forum, I dont really check every thread and section but I've not seen it on my travels around the forum and think that its a better way to judge than Trader Scoring which a lot of users probably dont know how to use... and people are more likely to throw up a topic complaining about shit service, stolen cash, broken goods etc than *tick a wee box saying "not good" in the offenders trader bit.

Cheers,
Grant

* not sure thats how Trader Scoring works, but must be sort of correct?

isn't that what the trader score is for?

T'is certainly a good idea, but then there are 'freak' case's where something has been sent and damaged enroute, or the member was on holiday / ill etc..

with a advert in the wanted section its easier to be ripped of as this person knows you want it,in the for sale part people are putting them parts up for sale,if you know what i meen,i dont mean evreyone does this but it makes it easier only my opinion.

Yea, I agree that there'll be the odd problem that can't be avoided... however that tends to be more established users that are embarrassed by taking so long and will rectify things within a couple of weeks of the deal being held up.

Should it go past a certain time then evidence of communication/lack of response to email or PM should be sent to moderators to prove that the person is ignoring them before their name gets put on the Shit List.

Cheers,
Grant

There should be a warning in the text line under their avatar. That's probably the easiest.
