2fast2furious is pure cheese, but must admit the original aint a bad film

fair comment mate, but I reckon it was an oversight on the film

 

Theres a million oversights a minute in that film, near the start when that geeks looking under the bonnet he goes "T4 Turbo" and you can see under the bonnet for a second and can see its the 2litre non-turbo version and not the 4wd turbo Eclipse...

 

How about the fogger system and direct port injection.

Have to say though I enjoy the film, plenty of car inacuracies in other films. I mean in Mad Max the interceptor was supposed to be a 600bhp rwp quad cam V8 with blower, but was really a wheezy old 351ci motor with a pretend blower driven from the water pump.

Would still have the 'Ceptor over that bum hungry lime green Eclipse tho.

I do like the last drag scene though, you know, the one where they're in 10 second cars and the 1/4 mile takes about 5 minutes

 

how many gear changes in that quarter mile!!

 

I think the film is great entertainment if taken with a large enough pinch of salt !
