Default Which Primer

Im just about to take my wheel arches and underneath back to metal to get rid of the rust that has formed , been looking at alot of the resto threads and was just wondering peoples opinions on the best way to do this, from what I can see it is:

Grind back with grinder and wire wheel to bare metal ( complety grind the rust away to prevent it coming back.

Then primer - with some kind of Zinc Primer? / acid etch primer? or Epoxy Primer? ( not sure which is the best primer to use )

Then Spray with 3M sealer

Then Paint over sealer if desired

Dont want to be doing this again after anytime soon so any thoughts to the best way to do this are welcome

A nice 'etch' primer will protect them arches well.. Then cover the etch (when dry) with a nice standard primer for double protection
