As above, the laquer is blooming in the cold. Try putting it in the oven under VERY low heat That is if its still wet, if its dry then it becomes more of a mission

try painting at mid day if your outside, or not in a booth, the damp air in the evenings is probably your problem

lol, well stupidly i realise now ive a hot air gun thing in the car, doh,am doing it outside and it did get damp and shitty as normal, lol
will i have to take it right back to the primer if its not right?
i assume it would be worth heating area up with air gun thing before spraying,ok to use it to dry the paint/laquer?
thanks for the info guys,i'll try get it done properly tomorrow

I would use a hair dryer if it was me as the gun might be to much

you should get away with a quick flat off with a scotch pad, clean it off then a quick warm up on the wing I would also have the cans in some hot water ready to go you could then use the hair dryer to keep a LITTLE bit of heat in the wing

HTH

try a hot boiled kettle, pour it over the area, ive used this method in the past for instance if its rained and your left with white spots the next day etc
