Default Primer

Hi all just a quick question What's the best primer to use for doing the underside and engine bay of a saph? I no about Acid Etch primer and zinc primers and was wondering if there is anyother primers you lot can think of or have used and had good results?

And what would be a good high build primer to put on top of the above?

If you are going to spray paint the underside using a paint such a 2 pack then you will need to use a compatable primer, i do not know as i use cellulose, however for that just use a normal cellulose primer or aerosol grey primer.

if you have prepped the surface well berfore applying the primer, there is no reason why you wont get a good result with either one.

hope this helps.
