James May space program - how good?
Now on BBC4 watching the back ground / build up to his flight to the edge of space.
Loved the BBC2 program, space flight utterly facinates me.
Really want to go to Florida now and take another nosey around Cape Kennedy etc.
Awesome footage and coverage, well done James and BBC

Testing the future
very good he's a lucky bugger in the things and places he has seen in his job. only downside is having to work with those other 2 imbeciles on that other programme.

If you want to watch more about space flight, there is a fantastic series called from the earth to the moon.

My mrs wanted it for her birthday, so I bought it thinking it would be dump, and I am absolutely addicted to it ... 15 Episodes I think, all about an hour long, is is a great series and dirt cheap on Amazon

Everyone wants Helium 3 to use in fusion reactors which we may see in operation in the next 10 years or so. One tonne of the stuff can run a city the size of London for a year, and the best place to get it? The moon.
