Default Insurance companies taking the P155???

Just thought kd have a moan as i have just got my cheque through from when my golf got wrote off two years ago and only now have the decided to pay me. What a joke!!!!! If i want anything from them i have to pay up front but what annoys me is that when i want money from them they make you ring there call center that charges you 3 quid a min just for them to say they are still looking in to it.

Rant over now i have woken up a bit.

Scum of the earth mate. It's the only industry that I think should be nationalised and non-profit making.
