I think there was as it was a young lad that was a named driver on his dads insurance but i got the insurance company to ring him and he admitted it was his fault thats how i got the courtesy car but then there engineer was a muppet and didn't have a clue on what he was doing and then they lost the report. USELESS!!!!!!
still 2 years is a joke, deffo the longest one ive known which liabilty aint a problem
. one of my client was paid out 3-4 days after accident for his car hes actually from here but i wont name anyone. but i wouldnt have thought it should take nothing longer than 5 weeks after liabilty sorted.
