For something that is handy, it's a shite looking bit of kit. Needs to be mounted nicely in the dash somewhere. Well it would if it was going in anything other than a rally car

Spiky, you could always have it converted by R&B Motorsports (Mike R) to be remote mounted (as you have no boost gauge pod) peak recall facility and datalogging functions enabled/made easily accessible....

Spiky, Mike R's the man who sorted mine out, probably best to speak to him direct - I was very pleased with the results. The mod' they did allows me to flick a small dash mounted switch to store peak figures for boost, rev's, air & water temp's, which you can then recall. The remote mount is nicer to look at than the Pectel box, although that wouldn't look so bad in a track car.

(the Pectel control knob may look wonky in the pic, but it isn't )

Also have the datalogging software if you need it, which allows you to plug a laptop into the monitor and download up to an hours worth of logging for analysis - could be useful on a track car.

Obviously this was my 385bhp conversion on greens - hence the duty cycle of the injectors . Never missed a bit though .

These are the important screens.

This is how it is now mounted in my Escort...

Spiky,
Cost would be Ł65 inc return postage. You would need to send the monitor, your banana pod and tell me where you want to mount the rotory control so that the harness can be made to a suitable length .

Mine didn't need changing, but i guess it depends what sort of use it's had.....and how often you use the car (and therefore the monitor)

Blimey, Ł65 eh? I got mugged

Does yours do that funky peak/recall YET Mike??

Thanks, perhaps i should have hidden the buttons for the gauges and the other switches for a cleaner install.

Remote mounted selector.
