whats good for settling your stomach? been being sick all day and really dont want to be anymore lol, cheers

Try flat diet coke. Or a good original lucuzade.

that's really good for your stomach aswell as good old charcoal tablets from the chemist not the bbq
it soak's up your stomach acid and neutralizes it

try ribena at first, at least you'll know what's inside you
if it's food poisioning it'll help flush it out of your system quicker as it's runny liquid

i kept getting told to drink sprite etc and every time i do i feel sick again lol

I think i would be tempted to only drink water until you have taken something to actually stop you from being sick.Like i posted before Kaolin and Morphine is really good.The most important thing is I would say is to not get dehydrated otherwise you will probably be needing some thing like dioralite as well.
