got up at 5 oclock this morning to go to liverpool and manchester
and had a bad gut pain, then was sick twice, so i text me boss and
said i was too ill to go and he said bring the deliveries in to the unit
and someone else will do them,

took them up, got back and parked the van at me mums and threw up
all over her drive

been in bed sleeping since 6am this morning, only waking up to be sick,
reckon ive lost half a stone today, feeling bit better now but still having to
make some sharpish runs to the bog. I darent fart at the moment

fookin wiped me out big time today, must have been some kind of bug.

I was on friday morning, I went out and had 8 pints of Stella and felt fine, had a piece of dodgy toast in the morning and spewed an hour later, I hate gone off toast!

i was nearly today at work i was closing this switch and its spring assisted alot!! and i caught a rat in the middle of it split in two had to get my mate out to clean it up for me

we are all suffering from coughs and colds and the squirts in my house at the mo , the only good thing about it is it keeps my hyperactive son calm .
