If the s type jaguer has the same floor pan as the mk3 mondeo, and uses the same engine as the st220, would you be able to make the st220 rear wheeler??

I doubt it, as the jag that shares the floor is transverse engined and FWD

edit, I think some transverse engined Jags had 4wd but I dont know how good it is

the x type has the same sort of floor pan mate, the 4wd system works ok for the jag with it's 3.0 engine, not too sure about the mondeo though

I'm thinking of the X type. I dont think the S shares the floor with the mondy, or the mondy would have a trans tunnel

From Wiky;

Neither Jaguar or Ford had a suitable small rear-wheel drive platform to base the X-Type on, and the decision was made to base the X-Type on a modified version of the Ford CD132Ford Mondeo. In order to distinguish it from its rivals and its Ford origins, the X-Type was initially offered as all wheel drive only and mated to a 2.5 litre and 3.0 litre V6 petrol engine. In 2003, the X-Type was offered in front wheel drive with the introduction of Jaguar’s first diesel engines, and with the smaller 2.0 litre petrol V6. platform, the basis for the 2000

Anything is possible, how much time and money do you have?

It certainly wouldn't be a simple "Bolt in" conversion.
