Default unlocking deadlocks

rite heres a strange request lol

i have mondeo st24 on a v plate, my central locking packed up just over a month ago now and no ones seems to know whats going on, i have power at all motors etc but nothing else

ive changed control boxes, reprogrammed the key fobs the lot

so i changed my dirvers door motor and ive magaed to get central locking to that door lol, so changed the passenger side now and that works

so i have a wierd feeling that all the door lock motors died at the sme time some how

but one of the rear doors is dead locked, the other is fine for some strange reason, so how do i go about disengaging the deadlock on this door

as electronically locked, but if the motor is fukt, what else can i do, without damaging the door, dont mind the doorcard, but i carnt afford to do any damage to my door
i just want this problem fixed, so ill be buying 2 rear motors next week aswell

on my old escort to engage the deadlocks you had to use the key in the drivers door.

with the door unlocked, twist the key as if to unlock it, then turn it the other way to lock it.

so unlock the deadlocks witht he door locked, turn the key to lock it, then turn other way to unlock it.

if you get me lol

there is power going to all motors

but the only way i got the central locking on the 2 front doors was to replace both motors

only the back doors to do, but 1 is deadlocked and isnt picking up a signal from the fronts to tell it to open i think

or its fried the circuit boards inside the motors, which explains why i had to replaece the front 2 for them to work as they were dead, wouldnt even work off the key, but the 2 fronts do now

look at how the front motors work, then figure out where the motors will be for the rears and put a hole in the door card at the same sort of spot

if you can alreayd open one of the rear doors then use that as a basis for diagnosing what's wrong

Try unlocking from the passenger side. Mine sometimes only 'deadlocks' from the passenger side not drivers.... Worth a shot.

but even with the other door thats not deadlocked, the motor still wont work on that
