Default Dynamic DNS

I need to set up dynamic DNS so that I can do remote admin of my linux box at home.

can anyone point me in the right direction please?

dyndns is free for the basic accounts and comes with its own client software for windows&linux. a lot of routers (ie netgear) have dyndns clients built in too so you dont even ned to run the client software on the PC
