Anyone who has been/ or currently on the Atkind diet, can all the neeccesary vitamins be bought from a local chemist or is it a Holland and Barrett job ??? As the list is bloody huge of the gear needed and need to get it tonight.

Raidant Health from Holland and Barrett are specifially designed to make up for the stuff you miss out on when on Atkins. I have to admit, they did make me feel lots better.

(and I lost stone in 17 days )

Whilst on the Atkins subject..... someone told me that you could drink vodka and diet coke whilst on the diet.... any truth in that statement ???

I've lost 2 stone in 3 months so I'm happy with it.

I just take multi vits daily.
