Very good car, we timed him a few times and he was quick. Not the quickest though.

the session I went out with Ding was QUICK if a little too short due to the MTS escort having an off.

Awesome car even on 20psi, grips like fook!

He was so fast Tim hasn't had enough time to pull his head far enough out of Dingy's arse to hit a few punctuation keys

Ben in the 300hp Rat saph was doing that

and I don't think Dc went out in the session where the MTS escort went off.

Who was driving the thunder saloon ?

Is this Martins one ? If so I doubt very much you would lap faster than that.

Sounds like the Escort was truely flying though, look forward to seeing some vids

The problem with timing other people's laps from the pit wall is that you can't see when they are getting held up by slow cars down the back of the circuit, as we were under strict instructions not to overtake down craner, so if you got stuck behind someone after Redgate and they didn't slow right down to let you overtake before Craner, then you were stuck behind them until the back straight .

So saying someone did X.xx is pointless, as you have no idea what sort of lap they had .

I know that in all the sessions I did, I probably had only 6 clear laps in total where I wasn't held up, and sometimes we were in a train for AGES .

Knowing somebody would say this I purposly waited until dingy had atleast the pit straight to himself to start timing him.. and yes still only a 1min 25

Mike I was getting you at around 1min 21-22 car was flying, Shame you got black flagged for noise IIRC

Was that before or after being black flagged?

If before, did you time any clear runs (that you could see) after, as it was quieter in the afternoon with all the retirements - one session and I thought we were the only car on track (I think that was when we went back out after being black flagged ). The reason I ask is that I would be interested in knowing how much of a difference the reduction in boost made ?

Early session you were doing 1min 24's with a bit of traffic.. later on in the day you were going the 1min 22's maybe down to the 1min 21's give or take a few hundreths as I was only timing with my phone

Would have been interesting to time Harvey later on in the day as I got him at 1min 18 very early on

King, is that any good round Dono, as I have no idea ?

I'm pleased, as that was the 1.4 bar "soggy boost" setting . Next year, it will be below 1.20, as I won't have the same road orientated suspension then , and the boost will be set to 1.8 bar, which just below the trigger point for the noise meters .
