Marco,
My car is set up for my favourite circuit . You will be surpised that DCs car doesn't run spring rates THAT much harder than mine, it's just that his car is over 200kg lighter . So I have a choice of stripping the car and putting light weight panels on, or compromising the road / Ring suspension to a bit more track use. I am hoping that the set-up I have bought will be okay, as it comes from the land of beautiful blondes and is 2-way adjustable .

I wasnt driving that day mate, my car still isnt finished, if Id been in it then you wouldnt have missed me, cause you would have had about 4 minutes a lap to watch me, as ive only got one gear at the moment as ive just removed the linkage to remake it as a cable shift instead

Tempted to book on the full noise day over xmas, as it would be a good suspesnion setup day, so you can take the piss then properly if you like, as i'll be running a whopping .6 bar of boost if I do go, as I wont be on the right management by then and thats all the standard stuff can cope with

hi mike

i do understand what your saying , its the damping thats the key not so much the springs rates to an extent

good stuff for sorting out your new suspension should be alot better

i cant afford the mega money stuff ...thats why i stick with the bilsteins

i dont know why you being a ford man never tryed them dont belive all that bulls**t thats they are too hard for road

something like a good tarmac front (escort 1400 kg) 480/180 (450 spring) 9")

gravel rear 260/110 something round about that with 14" spring (+helpers)

great for track and road , not expensive but effective
