Default Passionford @ ford fest 2015

Personally I thought todays Ford Fest was a huge success as it was rammed, well done Kelsey as I never seen so many areas opened up to clubs plus plenty of traders and autojumble just like a ford fair 2

Now I did not go crazy taking pics as I mainly take pics of passionfords stand because if you want to see what else went on at the show you need to pull your finger out and attend

Many thanks to the clubs that bordered our stand as we were packed solid and had to find room for more cars and they helped out

nice to have a bit of eye candy on the stand

will add a few more soon

I wasn't on the pf stand but got a PB today 12.65 so not a bad way to finish the season, got some traction issues to sort over the winter roll on Central day 2016.

good time that Jamie, pf wont be at central show as I have had nothing but complaints for last 2 years about how poor that show is now so we have ditched it.

Yer I know what your saying its defiantly gone down hill the last few years, I've been running in the OSFDC and they use Central day as rd1.

I thought today was a good show little disappointed at the lack of Cossys and didn't see any running up the strip.

Looked like the potential for a good show in the future Steve (from what I can remember of it).

Probably should not have attended as I just felt worse as the morning went on. Took me over 3 hours to get home as had to stop twice due to fatigue on the way back.

On the good side, I did manage to drive straight out for only the 2nd time in my history there.

Now off to bed......

Well the stand was great as per " Thank you Steve " and the small amount of quality retro stuff was top draw along with the combined classic ford fastford stand. The trade stands were a joke very few a couple of great model car traders and about 10 used ford spares stands the rest was just number plate stands or stick stands so for me it was shite the rest of was just bullshite it was like going to a vw stance show with ford badges

But meet up with a good crew and had a great laugh so it was worth going

Love the blue/white Capri on the strip.

The White Cossied Anglia was at RS National Day at Donington, but in the first track session the nut came off the front of the turbo compressor wheel, lucky to escape with no damage

I think the whole face of shows has changed as the lads with modern cars have cash on the hip and the fire in the belly to go that extra mile where as most that have been into cars for a long while are happy to sit and home and read and view pics of shows from behind the pc (cossie owners), and maybe attend one show a year if at all, the show was very busy but the modern stuff swamped the older stuff but kelsey did well with specific sections for old, new & mixed and after all it was their 1st show

Classic is the one show I am not welcome at Jay due to age of my car, lets hope we find somebody to organise classic ford stand for 2016 as it really needs to be someone who is attending it with a correct age criteria car

Got to agree with you on the VW comment, if you want to follow a VW style why not get a VW. There was even a slammed mk1 RS Focus with wheels sitting way outside the arches, now I love the mk1 Focus RS but that looked awful (but it was quick lol so it wasn't all bad).
