i would say a holding tank some where has gone tits up, thats some water pressure to do that

i dont know mate the flushing i had 2 to this morning after last nites curry could have caused that pressure wave,proper didnt want to leave the pan-institutianlised it was.

I read about that one a few years back, but cant remember what the story was. Some kind of big storm drain from what I remember.
