Cool ummmm im a bit stuck

iv just fitted my front mouted intercooler and may i say it looks the nuts!!!!! but i cant get my front bumper bk on .....what do people use to cut bumpers/body work....i really dont want a shoddy joby...i tryed a file but that will take all week..i tryed a stanley didnt do much....im a bit stuck really.....what shall i do

mark it out and cut out were needed but leave 1-2mm from were youve marked and then finish with a sanding bit on a dremmel and all should be good

put some tape around were your going to cut out and it shouldnt chip the paint

or get a downward cutting blade. a fine metal cutting blade would be better imo with the jigsaw set without the forward/backward movement selected. it wont chip the paint if you take your time.

yer deffo im going 2 mask it all up..is halford open tomoz ..ill start it then..cant be botterd now iv been out there most the day..once the bumpers on the engines coming out lol.....one thing after another lol

god damm it .........iv cut the bumper out and it still dosent fit....there metel behind the bumper....is it ok to cut some out or do u need it for strength??
