Never driven one before,, although this has had new brakes, suspension and tyres so it shouldnt need much spending on it, would love to do croft with it but its too late i think to get a place

I think you're more likely to have fun with that than alot of other faster cars. They are surprisingly quick, great handling and cheap to fix if they go wrong. Great choice IMO.

i had a vtr years ago & it handled great .. only thing is you will get the bug & end up wanting a evo or cossie track car with loads more power

Think your right carlo, but then as stoo says if it goes wrong it doesnt cost much to put right, after the track day in my evo, it needed 2nd gear syncro doing, and i snapped two wheel studs
so it cost nearly 1k to put right,, this wasnt much more

Its the speed the little fuckers can carry in & out corners that ppl under estimate think they are near 130 bhp & weigh nothing.

Nice
Diff bearings have a habit of going and electrical problems seem to dog them a little.
Both easily fixed when they occur though

If you find the brakes rubbish. You want a set of gti6 disks an calipers or 206 gti 180 they use 283mm disks. They are the biggest standard upgrade you will fit behinde your 15s.
You can get 4 pots but dont see you needing them on standard ish power. The 283s are more than enough with some good pads
Tou may find this handy to look at if you are lookng for better pads. also tells you what set ups come on what cars

Quick little motors, only thing I didnt like about mine was the power steering, a bit too light and lacking a bit of feel. I had a 106 previous without p/steering and it was mint, soooo much easier to throw around than the saxo it wasnt funny.
