You tried turning the box off at the wall for 2mins then plugging it back in and turning it on?
You will have to wait another minute while it sorts it self out and comes back on.
If mine freezes thats what i normally do and its fine after that.

you don't have to pay for the sky+ subs anymore

but you will have to pay for the multiroomo, a tenner extra

instalation shouldn't be a problem thoguh, we've got one dish running one room and another running another, so it's all cool

(but only because the guy who was doing the sky+ install couldn't reach the other dish as it was up too high, so beware they don't con you into coughing up another Ł40 for the "higher instalation team" to be sent out, which is just a bloke with a longer ladder)

larger dish,

the sky mini dish ( zone 1 ) is pretty much the limit for reception in avarge rain, and the further north of the uk you go, the worse it gets until they start using the zone 2 dish.

if you on the 43cm zone 1 dish, the fit the about 70cm zone2

Which service? The Sky Freesat or the new BBC/ITV Freesat? If the BBC/ITV service, how are you finding it? I am intruiged(sp) by it, but have heard several reported problems (regional programming errors, unavailable channels etc). Did you go for the HD version? What box are you using?

Sorry for all the Q's

Never heard that one before

I would sugest your dish needs realining, if still no change, your lnb may be on its way out, or water in it, same then for the cable, water damage

Interesting...our Sky+ box shit itself this morning, recorded Lost OK last night, but lost the whole planner and wouldn't turn on earlier, I sussed that with a software update and system reset / defrag and it's now back on but can't pause / record etc, as system fault

Tried ringing Sky all evening and their systems have been down since 6pm, can't support anyone useless
