Interesting...our Sky+ box shit itself this morning, recorded Lost OK last night, but lost the whole planner
and wouldn't turn on earlier, I sussed that with a software update and system reset / defrag and it's now back on but can't pause / record etc, as system fault
Tried ringing Sky all evening and their systems have been down since 6pm, can't support anyone
